Coming from a long line of award winning amateur photographers it was almost inevitable that I would inherit some of the family passion for capturing images.
After being given my first 35mm camera for a childhood birthday (a long time ago now!) my interest in photography gradually turned into a long lasting, passionate affair. It has endured it's ups and downs with more than one break up along the way (including one disastrous trip to Prague where I was finally convinced to go digital.. I don't want to talk about it 
). I got my first digital SLR in 2006 and haven't looked back.
Since then, as a member of the Royal Photographic Society, I have undertaken both formal training and informal workshops, working with some truly excellent models and studios across the South of England in order to increase my understanding and enhance my creative skills in a wide variety of photographic disciplines.
My passion for photography extends from surreal landscapes to formal portraits and everything in between.
